We ship via USPS or UPS.  

All rates are calculated at checkout, please enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping cost.  

Customers outside of the US: you will be responsible for customs & duties fees. 

Customers are responsible with providing delivery information as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for missed delivery which is handled entirely by the shipping company.

We're a small team but we'll try our best to get you your eco-luxury vintage bag in a flash.  Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order.  

We hope you love your Involuntary Icon bag,  but if you don’t:

• We accept the return or exchange of any unworn, unaltered product within 15 days of delivery.

• If you do decide to return your bag, we will deduct $25 from your refund for return shipping and restocking.

• All items sold on promotion are final sale. 

• All international orders are final sale.
