What is your tax policy?

All taxes are calculated before the payments during the checkout and added to the excluded tax price depending on the nature of the item sold.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship via UPS and all rates are calculated at checkout, so please enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping cost.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard).

How fast are orders processed?

We’re a small team but we’ll try our best to get you your order quickly.  Please allow 1-4 business days to process and pack your order. 

I live abroad, does Involuntary Icon ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world but international orders are final sale only i.e. no returns or exchanges.  Please email us if you have any questions. Please note that additional duties and taxes may be added.
